COMPUTER LABS

Computers have become a indelible part of a student’s life, be it at home or at school. The school has an advanced curriculum to facilitate the learning of computer technology. The school has two advanced computer labs for developing the IT knowledge of students.

The senior computer lab consists of 35 latest versions of computers with LCD monitors and a server.

The lab is mainly used by the students of classes XI and XII to enhance their learning of the two courses : C++ for Computer Science and NetBeans Java for Informatic Practices stream.

The senior lab is also used by classes VIII to X to facilitate the learning of Ms Access, Visual Basic, C and HTML so that they get a stepping stone to start their future years at the Senior secondary level.

The junior computer lab consists of 25 computers for the primary and secondary students of classes I to VII. The students are taught the basics of MS Word, MS Excel, Paint and MS PowerPoint.


LANGUAGE LAB

The new multimedia language lab provides facility to students to learn languages with the help and guidance of teachers through a system to improve their listening and speaking skills. The language lab offers material for students at all stages of language proficiency.

As per CBSE guidelines, for English language, students of classes IX to XII are to be assessed for listening and reading skills. The lab is equipped with software and hardware to assist the teachers in conducting the various tests.
