The year 2019-20 was indeed a successful year and it marked the beginning of the new victories and an end to many failures. The new year was flagged of slashing and badging of Rajath Thomas Kurian and Gourinanda T.S as the Santhosh house captains and Mrs. Aishwarya T.R and Mrs. Dhanya Dithu as our house masters and we are very glad to have Mrs. Asha Susan Mathews as our mentor.

The house competition started with bulletin board display in which we bagged the first position. The house activities of the year were triggered off with the literary competitions. The blooming buds of our house participated with full enthusiasm and courage. For the group activities, we won various prizes for different events. The brilliant super seniors won the first position for quiz and the nightingales of our junior, senior and super seniors won various stages for the National Anthem and Patriotic song competition. The literary competition was a platform for us to showcase our talents. Then came the colourful Onam Celebrations. It was a day of suspense and thrill and there were several competitions such as floral carpet arrangement, vegetable carving, fresh flower arrangement and we the students of Santhosh house had done it with never ending efforts and enthusiasm and won third for all the events.

The second term started off with the Bulletin Board competition for the ninth grade, for which we bagged the second position. And then came the games and cross-country race for Junior, Senior and Super Seniors. We had a healthy competition and most of the Santhosh House members participated in Marathon and other events with complete enthusiasm and sportsman spirit. And our Super Senior boys football team had won the second position for their brilliant performance and Sub Juniors won the third position for football. Debate competition was another event where our house members proved their talent and we are glad to have Roma B. Louis as the best Malayalam debater from Junior section.

Then came the Annual Sports Meet and Kezia Biju of class XII A of Super Senior Section was declared as the champion for this category for the year 2019-20 and Milan Saji of class VII A as the champion from the Junior section. The two-day sports meet was really energetic

Then the most awaited and auspicious day of the academic year came – Annual Day. It came up with a lot of expectations and suspense waiting for us and we were awarded the academic trophy for the year 2019-2020.

The enthusiasm of our creative and helpful teachers, especially house masters. Thank you, teachers, we wouldn’t have done it without you. Not to forget the house members, all credit goes to you for the efforts to bring points to our house. All above, we would like to thank God Almighty who bestowed us with these precious blessings.
